Good morning, beauties and HAPPY INTERNATIONAL WOMENS DAY!
Today I wanted to finally show two acai bowls I made a few days ago! I am so, so excited because I’ve always purchased them at protein bars around town but I figured I may as well make my own. I purchased all the ingredients at Trader Joe’s, but you can find them at pretty much any grocery store. I love these for breakfast or after a workout. They’re incredibly versatile because you can put pretty much anything in the acai mix as well as on top. Plus, they were delicious! Everything used is at the bottom of the post – enjoy!
Everything Used – Trader Joe’s:
- Acai Mix
- Peanut Butter
- Unsweetened Almond Milk
ON TOP OF ACAI
- Pomegranate Seeds
- Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
- Sliced Almonds
- Fruit & Nut Granola
- Super Seed & Ancient Grain Blend (includes sprouted buckwheat, sprouted millet, chia seeds, golden flax seeds, red quinoa, shelled hemp seeds, and amaranth)
