Happy Friday lovelies, I hope you’re all having such a wonderful day so far! Today I’m sharing a look for a collaboration I did with Nextrino for their new vibrating foam roller, NextRoller.

This electric roller is built for anyone, and I know that because I obviously use it and I’m no athlete. I go to the gym and I have achy muscles if I try any series of new exercises, so having a combination of a sports massage and foam rolling all-in-one has really changed gym life for me. AND I’m starting BBG next week (Kayla Itsines’ Bikini Body Guide 12-Week Challenge) and have heard how difficult it is, so having the NextRoller ready for me to use after the workouts and on rest days is going to be so relieving!

The roller has 3 different speeds (low, medium, high) and is portable after you charge it so it’s perfect for putting in your gym bag and using anytime you need loosen your muscles at a more intense level. But what’s great is that since it vibrates, you don’t have to roll for as long as you would with a normal foam roller. This saves you time and it gets deeper into the muscles; it’s a no-brainer you guys! And it relieves your muscles sooooo smoothly, ugh. UGH! Get this thing. Get it, dude. It’s life changing.

OH! And there are tons and tons of reviews on Amazon as well as on their website. Look at what others had to say about it here! I hope you enjoy! I’ll link outfit details at the bottom, too!

First of all, these are lovely photos, Martina. My love to Joe as always for being an awesome photographer. As for exercise, I ridiculously out of shape. I know it’s a fat girl cliche, but I actually plan to get back into yoga and tai chi. I need some calm, especially when my days are basically running after screaming kids all day. I will check out the NextRoller and share the word to my mom who exercises more than I do and she’s 56. LOL!

Hey Gigi! FIRST of all, I think you’re beautiful. Just wanted to put that out there. Secondly, I will tell Joe about the wonderful compliment, I’m sure he’ll appreciate it very much, and I do as well.
Third of all – TAI CHI? That’s amazing. My sister started doing that quite some time ago and it changed her life. I think I should pick up on it too; I get nervous and overwhelmed easily so I’ll definitely be looking into it because I need help with that. We’re all stressed out, right? It’s just about how we deal with it and whether we choose to make it positive and productive or not.
Thank you for the wonderful comment, Gigi! <3
