Happy Monday everyone!

I hope you all had a splendid weekend as I did. I had to go to LA for a work conference late last week so my boo and I decided to stay the weekend and enjoy ourselves. It was WAY colder than I had imagined (and packed for!) so that kind of sucked, but I loved visiting so many places I hadn’t seen before. We went to the Santa Monica Pier to eat lobster rolls and watch the sun set, we visited the Getty Museum, the Griffith Observatory, Manhattan Beach… so many places for just the weekend, it was pretty tiring. But the absolute best part was the Museum of Jurassic Technology. It was like being in an entirely different world and afterwards you go upstairs above the museum and there’s a courtyard with pretty birds and a fountain where you’re given complimentary tea and cookies. It was just magical – I highly recommend if you’re able to get to Culver City, CA. So overall, I had a wonderful weekend and I hope you all did too!

For this post I wanted to really show off this beautiful peplum tank and a pink houndstooth coat by Pam Ward we shot on Main Street in downtown SLC a while back. I’m obsessed with pretty much anything that has the houndstooth pattern so this coat is well-loved, and the pink is such a bonus! I hope you all enjoy, let’s take on the week!
